10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Without any warranties, the Service is provided "as is." We do not promise 100% uptime or constant access to all channels. Flixora shall not be held liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising from the use or failure to use the Service.

11. Termination

We maintain the authority to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for actions that breach these Terms & Conditions or negatively impact our Service or other users.
